I'm back!
Hey loves, so sorry that I have not blogged in a while. I have just been extremely busy lately with school, but I will start posting more often from now on. How have you all been? I have had a great couple of weeks! Spring just always puts me in a great mood, especially the rainy weather :) Spring also means that I need to start doing some extreme summer shopping. I've already ordered several pieces of clothing from Abercrombie and two pairs of shoes from Nordstrom...oops! I will upload photos of those as soon as they all arrive.
On another note, there are only 22 days left until summer vacation (at least at my school)! And only two weeks after the last day of school, I'm traveling to Poland with my mom, brother, and sister for a month. Yay! We are going to visit my whole family (I'm Polish, by the way). But don't worry, I will still blog from Europe. I might be doing some traveling across Europe as well, but I will have lots and lots of free time to cook, bake, post, and maybe even do some shopping ;) I will also post a ton of pictures of Poland for anyone who is interested.
Don't forget to let me know down in the comments below what else you guys want me to blog about! If you have any recipes, please share them with me, because I've been in cooking and baking moods all the time lately. Today, I made Tanya Burr's Chocolate Cookies (click the bold for the recipe). They are absolutely divine!! I encourage you all to make them. And even though it seems crazy to use cocoa powder and three different types of chocolate, all the calories are worth it in the end! It'll be tough making up for them with salads for lunch every day this week, though. Wish me luck..
xxo
